LOCTITE® 270 is a high-strength threadlocker for maximum performance when securing and sealing screws, nuts, and studs to prevent loosening due to vibration. The product is used for permanent bolted connections that must not loosen. It is suitable for all metals, including passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized surfaces. It has proven tolerance to minor contamination by industrial oils, such as engine, corrosion protection, and cutting oils. Parts can be disassembled by heating to 300 °C.
