1. General
These terms apply to purchases in the online shop camperclassic.lv. The seller is SIA "IG-TECH" (Reg. No. 40103831542, registered address: Brīvības gatve 193E, Riga, LV-1039, Latvia). By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accept these terms.
2. Prices
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are shown at checkout.
3. Orders
After placing an order, the buyer receives a confirmation and an invoice at the e-mail address provided. If an item is unavailable or its price has changed, we will contact the buyer. In that case the buyer may cancel the order and any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment and delivery are described on the "Delivery and payment" page. Goods are shipped after payment is received.
5. Right of withdrawal
A buyer who is a consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Please notify us in writing at info@camperclassic.lv, stating the order number.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice, unused and in the original packaging. The buyer pays the cost of returning the goods. We refund the price of the goods and the original delivery (up to the cheapest delivery option offered) within 14 days of receiving the notice, but not before the goods have been returned to us.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods ordered or made individually at the buyer's request, or to goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once their packaging has been opened.
6. Warranty and complaints
The buyer may make a claim about goods that do not conform to the contract within two years of receiving them. Please send claims to info@camperclassic.lv with the order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. We will reply within 15 days.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or use.
7. Disputes
We settle disputes by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (www.ptac.gov.lv) or go to court under the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
