2. What data we process
Name, surname, e-mail, phone number, delivery and billing address, company details (if you buy on behalf of a company), order history and account details if you register in the shop.
3. Why we process it
- To fulfil your order: issue the invoice, ship the goods and contact you about the order (performance of a contract).
- To meet accounting and tax requirements (legal obligation).
- To keep your shop account, if you have registered.
4. Who receives the data
Data is shared only as far as needed to fulfil the order: with delivery companies (Latvijas Pasts, Omniva), the bank, our accountant and the website host (the server is in the EU). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice data are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
6. Cookies
The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example, the shopping cart and signing in). Other cookies are used only with your consent, which you can give or refuse in the cookie notice.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To use these rights, write to info@camperclassic.lv. You also have the right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
