The heart of the Cytrac DX consists of 1,016 coupled individual antennas arranged in a honeycomb pattern. Signal accumulation is achieved using state-of-the-art mathematical methods, resulting in an enormous reception range. This translates to a significant improvement in range of several hundred kilometers compared to a similarly sized flat antenna. Furthermore, this patented antenna technology delivers unprecedented signal purity, which has a particularly positive impact on the picture quality of high-definition (HD) programs. Despite all these sophisticated features, the Cytrac DX has a mounting height of only 14 cm and, thanks to its lightweight and compact design, fits on virtually any vehicle roof. The robust die-cast aluminum outer unit protects the sophisticated internal technology and rotates only when open, saving space. Special mechanical reinforcement ensures it can confidently withstand even strong gusts of wind.
