A new and innovative design moves the air conditioning unit for motorhomes from the roof to the engine compartment, with the diffuser under the dashboard. This allows space to be freed up on the roof, the center of gravity to be lowered, and, especially in vehicles with a pop-up roof, a separate air conditioning system for the interior to be installed. Teleco Ultra Comfort 6000 is the world's first air conditioner whose diffuser is installed in the area under the vehicle's dashboard. It was specifically developed for Stellantis vehicles (Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper, Renault Boxer, Opel Movano). The unique feature of the Ultra Comfort 6000 is that the compressor is installed in the vehicle's engine compartment without requiring any modifications to the chassis components. Existing space in the engine compartment is used for installation, and no additional valuable storage space is needed. The ULTRA COMFORT 6000 air conditioner consists of two units: 1. The indoor unit is installed in the dashboard inside the vehicle. 2. The outdoor unit consists of two parts connected by a hose, which are installed behind the vehicle's bumper. The refrigerant gas is already filled into the air conditioner and distributed to all components, including the waterproof connecting hoses. Thanks to heat pump technology, the unit can be used as both an air conditioner and a heater. Installation must be carried out by a qualified technician.
