The Optima product series, distributed worldwide by Johnson Controls, differs from conventional battery brands due to its special spiral cell technology.
This technology enables very high starting currents. The Optima series is fast-charging capable up to 100 amps and vibration-resistant.
It is particularly suitable as a starter battery, for use in maneuvering drives, or as an on-board battery.
High energy output and long lifespan are special features of this battery type.
Likewise, its high vibration resistance compared to standard batteries. Optima batteries are leak-proof, maintenance-free, and can be installed in almost any position (position-independent installation). Thanks to their patented spiral cell technology, they are approximately 15 times more vibration-resistant and have twice the lifespan of conventional batteries. Low self-discharge, high resistance to cold and heat, and leak-proof design are further distinguishing features of this battery type.
