This multifunctional, high-sided pan is ideal for searing or preparing casseroles on your grill. The interior is coated with Cadac's GreenGrill coating, a ceramic coating that is completely free of PFOA/PFAS, resulting in healthier cooking and easy cleaning. The Paella Pan 40 was specially designed for the Cadac Dometic Citi Chef 40 and Carri Chef 40, but can also be used on other types of gas grills. The lid of the Carri Chef 40 and Citi Chef 40 fits perfectly on the pan. A practical carrying/storage bag is included with this lightweight pan, making it easy to take on vacation.
