The DEXDA® Clean disinfection concentrate, after activation, is a two-component chlorine dioxide solution and contains the active ingredient chlorine dioxide, which is approved according to the current Drinking Water Ordinance. After activation of both components, the disinfection concentrate has a shelf life of up to three months. DEXDA® Clean is used for disinfection and biofilm removal of containers, tanks, pipes, tubes, etc. DEXDA® Clean is ideally suited for biofilm removal and disinfection of water systems in recreational vehicles, for legionella control in liquid-carrying systems in buildings or industry, as well as for on-demand dosing to disinfect drinking water. For cleaning and disinfecting fresh water systems, one 1000ml bottle of concentrate is sufficient for tanks up to approximately 500 liters, 250ml for tanks up to approximately 160 liters, and 100ml for tanks up to approximately 60 liters.
