The cassette can be stored completely full without any problems – even for five to six days. The only requirement is that the cassette is full. Since there is only a very small volume of air in a full cassette, the gases can only expand minimally, resulting in only a very low pressure inside the cassette, which is negligible. This process simultaneously stops the fermentation process. Therefore, venting the cassette is no longer necessary. It can even be stored in very high temperatures. The cassette is factory-made leak-proof and odor-proof. Of course, it must be transported in a way that prevents it from tipping or slipping and must be properly closed.
