Peg&Stop Heavy Duty is our strongest screw peg made of recycled marine-grade stainless steel with the new locknut. This screw peg was specially developed for use with an impact driver and should be used with one (a cordless screwdriver has limited power depending on the ground conditions). Designed primarily for highly compacted, extremely hard, and stony soils in exceptional conditions. Thanks to the height-adjustable locknut 2.0 (with hook), the screw peg doesn't always need to be fully screwed in. With just one or two clockwise turns of the locknut, this Peggy peg not only securely fastens our anchor plates with counter-pressure but also safely guys tents and guy lines. Screw in the P&S HD until it stops moving and is firmly anchored in the ground. Then turn the nut to the lowest possible point and hook in the line or guy line – done.
