Green Power AGM batteries were specially developed as service batteries. They combine good cycle stability, low self-discharge, high energy density, and good cold-start capability. Therefore, AGM batteries are now also used by some car manufacturers as starter batteries. It is recommended to choose a capacity approximately 20% higher than that of starter batteries to generate the same maximum starting current.
